LG Rumor prepaid virgin mobile?????

The LG Rumor prepaid virgin mobile
my brothers want to get it but they want to know if it comes wit a start up prepaid credit

like when he got a pre paid phone with Telus it came with a $50 start
up credit

so dose it?
