LG INCITE HELP! I can't seem to upload my pictures anymore :[ WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I can't seem to upload my pictures onto my computer anymore. This has been happening ever since oct.5. I don't know what's wrong. I've reset it, i tried importing them in windows. I don't think i did anything to make it act this way. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
