see if the metal piece at the end is bent and try to pry off the ok button and see if the pointy thing on the button is broken or not

The env2 is a very crappy phone. I got one in june and first the ok button didnt work, whick is somehow connected to the bottom 3 buttons. Then the send button stopped working (please notice i didn't drop it at all) and that button was connected to the 2nd to last bottom three buttons. Then the charger port broke. I had insurance, so i got another one (for $50) and the same thing happened with all the buttons. then the charger port broke and i had to put it in a special postition in order for it to charge. Then the connection on the right that holds the screen and keyboard together broke so i used mighty putty to put it back together. then the same connection broke but in a different spot. So i took it to the verizon store to get it replaced but hopefully convince them to lt me get a new model (the voyager). It broke IN HALF at the store, but the insurance still covered it. My new one should be coming today. Hopefully it won't break. It's most likely possable. Anyway, I recommened getting insurance for $5 a month, or get a different phone because this one sucks!

i agree. I can't seem to find out wy my "OK" button does't work anymore. If someone told me how a 13 year old can fix it that would be great!

same thing happened with mine! my OK, 0, shift, space, 7, 8, and 9 buttons are all broken! this phone sucks! iif anyone is thinking about getting it, DONT! and i dont think theres any way to fix it but to go back and get a new one. ive gone through 3 of these phones and the same thing has happened.

mine doesnt work either.. i really like this phone but they need to find a way to fix this! thankfully you can call via. the inside of the phone and close it right as it is about to dial and talk from the outside too... does anyone know if the lg env touch is any good?? might get that one

open the phone. hit the camera button. close the phone. keep hitting the ok button. if it doesn't work completely then repeat. it will work eventually. usually on the first or second try.

Well the reason that they stop qorking is because when you open your phone up all the way, it tears something in your phone. to get it to work. hold down the okay button. open the phone while you are still holding the okay button, then close it back and release the okay button. it is not a permenant fix but it works for a little while

you have to open it then hold the *09 row on the front then close it.... it should work
