Help with my metro pcs flashed lg voyager?

I just got my lg voyager flashed to metro pcs, however my music player isn't working it say the application is not there on the phone and every time i get a call it say calling emergency. Do anybody know what I can do to fix this?

I went to a Verizon store and they couldn't fix it, went back to metro pcs they said go to verizon and I called lg and that man was stupid.
