Anybody with an LG EnV3!!!?

Okay so I know the LG EnV3 is supposed to have all these apps and I know how to get to the "app store" from my phone but I want to know if I have to use the app store on my phone or if there is someway to use the computer to install apps. I don't want to spend money on the internet for my phone.... so Basically what are the different ways to get apps on my phone? and if I use the app store from my phone will I be facing some internet charges?
