Thread: My LG Optimus T wont connect to the computer?

the first time i plugged it in in it saied "unsecessfully conected to the computer"
(ihave a gateway windows 7 laptop)

and now everytime i try to plug it in, my phone would charge but nothing happens.

btw this is the first time i am trying to connect it and i got my phone last wednesday

I just had this same problem. The "Connect with USB" wouldn't come up in my notifications, nothing would happen. I figured it out though! Follow these steps...

1)Go to Settings
2)Go to Applications
3)Go to Development
4)UNCHECK USB debugging

Once you do this it will say you have connected your phone to your computer via USB and you're good to go!

It wont work for me. it makes 3 beeps and then just wont connect

it happened with me, i tried everything, but i figured it out
if you go to;
-settings
then ..-SD card & phone storage

and then make sure 'Mass storage only' has a green tick

neither of these things worked for me my computer still makes the three beeps when i
plug it in and there is no usb only option in my sd card and phone i dont know what else i can do

I tried what was instructed on this site it popped up for one moment then disappeared it let me download the program and everything but still nothing..
