LG KM900 (Arena) Help Needed! Problem With Java Applications?!?

OK, On my LG KM900, I download the eBuddy application and when I launch it and start it up and it says this...

-CONNECTION FAILED-

I'm pretty sure I have everything enabled and everything right and stuff I also have full service when I do this and I am with Virgin.

It is eBuddy Mobile Application Version 1.5.0 It was also happenign on previous versions.
