Something Like A War

hi, im considering getting the new iPhone (i dont have the older one) and i have a few questions about it.

1.) is it worth buying?
2.) do you think it will ever get a MMS/flash player update? (not necessarily both)
3.) will apple just come out with another one next year? because im pretty materialistic and if they're just gonna come out with another one, i dont want to waste my money on both.
