iPhone ringtones problem?

I used ventones and followed the whole process and turned the ringtone into iphone format. The ringtone shows up on the itunes section of ringtones but not on the iphone section in ringtones and not on my iphone. Why is this? Am I doing something wrong? Please help me out her. Thanks.
