I checked your phone specifications on gsmarena.iphone supports 2G sim cards only.So you can't use 4G metro pcs sim card only.If you are interested to use 2G metro sim on your iphone means.Make sure your iphone is unlocked one.If it's locked by specific network means,you will need to unlock your phone.For unlocking you can approach your service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service providers like Mobile-Unlocker.com
