I had to restore my laptop completely, deleting everything. I reinstalled iTunes, the newest version. I signed into the iTunes account I use on my iPad and it says stuff like The iPad is synced with another iTunes library and wants to delete all of my apps and music.
Can I bypass this or something?
I have everything backed up on iCloud.

It depends. Do u have all your apps and music anywhere else? If not I suggest using a program called Touch copy 11. It will backup all apps and music or videos from your iPad. Below is a link to this software
