Where is a good place to meet a 16 year old girl?

I am 16 and I want to meet a girl school is over
I was just at a weekly festival in uptown whittier California
And there was slot of pretty girls there would that be a good place to meet girls
And what do I say and do

just smile at her. if she smiles walk up to her and say hey. ask her where she's from. if it's a music festival, ask her what bands she's here for...and what her favorite bands are. let the conversation flow.

For us teenagers, mall is the best place or amusement parks like Six Flags. If you're at the mall, you could go ask for an opinion on something like cologne, tshirt, etc.? Just say that you want a female opinion..girls love to give opinions! If you're at Six Flags, just ask how one of the ride is like ask them how they liked it and you're in

go to church...NOT to LOOK for a girl...but maybe while your there you will meet someone you like
