Because of Russias war in Afghanistan the women outnumber the men by almost 6 to 1 in some areas.The women left over are just looking to get out of the former Russian republics by finding rich guys from the States and the UK.Most of them are wind up getting divorces as soon as the green card period ends and they become legalized citizens.They simply want the freedoms afforded by western civilization.
