Ok I want to gain some size for rugby in march, so I need to know how to increase my potential I guess
Right now I'm about 5'10 or 5'11, and just over 170. I have I decent frame to work from, and I'm pretty fit already so I'm not out of shape and have no definition.
What I'm asking is, should I just workout and increase my food intake (lots of lean meat, chicken, fish oatmeal fruits/veggies and start taking supplements)
OR

Should I just eat like a maniac for around a month (still good bulk food) and not work out or is that just stupid
P.s sorry for being ignorant but I just don't know what's smart to do and I plan on getting a trainer or someone to help me out
