...should introduce to her? My mom is a stay at home mother. Recently she has been extremely bored, she does not really watch too much tv. I have been thinking about signing her up for a yoga or pilates class with my sister, maybe the PTA at my younger brother's school? Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Your Mom should get out of the house during the daytime and visit close friends and relatives. Maybe volunteer her talents and skills. Or get a part-time job.
