Meeting thru Myspace. Anyone done it?
I have been exchanging emails and instant messaging with a guy i met thru myspce. I am 22 yrs old. He is 26. He seems legitimate. All was well and good and then he asked if I'd want to meet up this weekend. Interestingly, I guess he lives very close to me. Anyway, I am now wondering if I shouldn't meet him. Legitimate and harmless as he seems, he could be literally anyone. Basically, has anyone ever actually met in person someone they'd met on the internet and how did it work out? If I decide not to meet this guy, how should I back out since I did already say I would like to. We did exchange phone numbers, and have texted back and forth, but that's it. Thanks for the advice!
