I need an introduction! (easy)?
I am writing about a cross country race, it is a nerative, I need an introduction paragraph- i was thinking of starting it like "Do you like sports? But i don't know how to continue it after...
here's the second paragraph-
I felt the hot burning sun beating down on my skin as I lined up with my competition. Seeing the other competitors, who were all fast and strong, terrified me. My legs were trembling and I could hear my heart beat faster and faster; my mind began to lose focus. It was filled with thoughts such as: “Will I win?”, “Will I win?”, “Do I even have the ability to finish the race?” I felt the tension in my body building up rapidly. We all took one last look at each other, and “Ring,” the race had started.
