I hate team meetings - i am crap with idea's cant use my own Initiative and i come to work because i have to, to live.
Now we have a team meeting, i work in an events office and we are part of the marketing team.The manager has sent an email saying this -
Some advance warning for our away day in May. I want you all to bring five ideas about how a few simple and relatively cost effective changes will help how we work. We spend a great deal of time together and I’m sure there are things we can do. They don’t have to be earth shattering, but they do have to have relevance. It may be something as simple as having an area where we can all talk about non work things, a coat hangar with more than three legs! Or a better newspaper storage system – or do we even need one? A great deal can be achieved in bettering our crowded working area with a few ideas – alongside better working practices. If you want to bring a fun idea – feel free to do so.
I really dont get what we are meant to be thinking of here what ideas? please can you help me in thinking on some ideas and actually translating that email to my language
