i met this really amazing guy. and i do think ive fallen in love?

so for the last like 2 years after the break up of me and my first love ive been trying to find a new boyfriend
ive had many. but none of them worked out too well.
so on sunday my friend and her bf introduced me to this guy named Cody. he is my friends bf's cousin.
so i talked to him on a three way. and we exchanged numbers.
we talked, and i decided that i really like him. then last night, he asked me out. i of course said yes.
the thing is though, he lives down state about 3 or 4 hours away. we were thinking that maybe if things go well, that i could go down there and live with him. so my question is this: is this a realistic plan? i mean i really like him. and we really clicked. but i just dont know.
