just give him a big hug and a small kiss on the cheek or lips. You don't want to flat out make out in front of the whole school. Hugs are always appropriate for couples, and a little kiss assures him you've missed him and care about him and looks really sweet or cute to other people.

Wow, what's wrong with him. That's a big age difference in those years, a 13 girl is wayyyy different than a 16 yr old guy- alot of maturing happens in those 3 years. I can't believe your parents are allowing this. Why didn't you see him anyway for that long- maybe you are sneaking around with him??

give him a huge of course and maybe a kiss, you don't have to make out with him at a basketball game. save that for half time or something when you guys are alone.

Give him a hug and a cheeky kiss, and tell him you will greet him better later. Implying you will make out.

Me and my boyfriend are in a long-distance relationship and when I don't see him for a while I either
    1. Kiss him
    or
    2. Hug him and kiss him later (if my parents are around)

Don't be afraid to show how you feel about him... because I'm sure he'll appreciate that you're willing to show everyone that you're his!
