BTW, I think "???..." (they are...) is better than "??..." (this is...).

I would probably say ?? Bob ? Bill.
But anything, really that makes it clear that the names are separate.
Weiwei's answer, for example, is fine.
Gesturing to each person when his name is said would suffice, I think.
