Why the windows explorer keeps crashing after the internet connected?

Why the windows explorer keeps crashing after the internet connected?

I am using window vista.
once the internet is connected, windows explorer will stop working..
and have to restart. After sometime, stop again..

p/s: is windows explorer and not internet explorer. My IE can work properly. My internet can work too..
Yet after i disconnect from internet, the windows explorer can work properly again,
the windows explorer keep crashing, what should i do now? Anything to do with the 1clkdc.dll file? or is some kind of virus?
