Why isn't FireFox working but Internet Explorer is?

Its not my firewall, I just checked....
I meant not connecting to the Internet
I did that mjet, it was already set to no proxy
It does say this though

''AUS: Update XML File Malformed (200)''

about an update, I already reinstalled it twice and it didn't do anything

If you mean it's not opening, check to see if it's running in memory.
Open task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and under the processes tab, look for firefox.exe - right click and end the process.

If you mean it's not connecting to the internet, press ALT+O to bring up options; click the advanced tab>network
Click (connection) settings and make sure no proxy (or direct connection to internet) is selected; click ok to finish.

Didn't give us much to work with in your question.

"Not working" can mean anything.

it still not working, i open firefox and it doesnt open anypage that i search, my iexplorer is working fine, but firefox wont connect to any page, i try what you said but still doesnt work, any help??
