I can't open Internet Explorer or Firefox unless I'm in Safe Mode (for both). When I open IE7 (not in safe mode), it comes up, but then it freezes and stops responding. When I click to open Firefox, nothing opens (even though the process firefox.exe is running in the task manager), unless I'm in safe mode (which I'm using right now). Why is this happening, and can I fix it? I have Windows Vista Business.

I would uninstall and reinstall... but I would need an installer file for IE7, and since I have Vista, the Microsoft website won't let me download the Vista version since I should already have it -.- Can anyone give me a link?

try uninstalling and reinstalling also if you have a firewall check and see if you let firefox or internet explorer through to connect to the internet.
