problem with internet access?
When I open my internet browser (both firefox and ie do this) nothing comes up no matter what sites I try to access. Firefox comes up with a blank screen and internet explorer with ‘internet explorer cannot display the webpage’
Using the internet troubleshoot (via windows live messenger) it says there is a problem with ‘Key Ports’
Turning off the firewall temporarily does not do anything to help the situation, and both the wireless links on the start bar claim that it is connected and there is good signal.
I know the wireless router/modem works perfectly – my laptop connects without any problems.
What can I do?
