is it possible to get an add-on which blocks internet sites on a timer?

I spend, as a lot of people do, a lot of hours every night procastinating at the hands of addictive internet sites such as youtube and myspace.

I want to be able to get my work done more efficiently.
however, i don't want to simply block these sites; i still want to be able to go on them frequently. This is why ive been trying and failing to find add-ons for mozilla firefox that will block sites but only for a certain amount of time, so that the effect is i'm only "allowed" on these sites for two hours each a day, for example.

It would really really help me if there was something like this out there, you have no idea how i kill my life away, as a victim of the addictive sites.

PLEASE HELP!
