K, i just tested my internet connection in a site called speedtest.net and the results were for downloading 441 kb\s and for uploading it was 320 kb\s. so is my internet fast, kinda fast, or slow.!!!!!

You have very slow internet connection..You can check your speed once again here IP-Details.com & compare the results.. If you did not get any improvement contact your internet service provider.
