Internet Speed: slow, super fast, slow?
Originally my download speed was at 28kbps, but in the month of April it was boosted (and I do not know why) to speeds up to 300kbps+. In May, my speed was reduced back to the 28kbps rate, and I was wondering: how do I get my Internet to get back that high?
On a side note, I heard that supposedly you can call your telephone provider and ask for a "filter." This will increase speed. What does this mean, and how come I didn't need to do this the first time (assuming it works)?
I have Shaw Cable.
