Thread: I cannot open my router settings page although my internet is working properly?

I typed the IP address192.168.16.1 and the default gateway 192.168.16.1 into the explorer but it ends up bringing me to a search page.
This problem has lasted for a couple of months and I reinstalled my windows, restarted the router and nothing happened.
How could I sort this problem

Try putting another computer on your network...

I had this problem a while ago, turned out to be ip address / subnet mask settings...

But my other computer got to it fine...

How bout trying 192.168.1.1
OR better yet, go to your command prompt & type ipconfig /all
There it should tell you exactly what your default gateway's (router) IP address is.
