...have Internet Explorer shortcuts now This does not allow me to have multiple Internet Explorer windows open. Thank you.

go to the star menu. find internet explor right click and click copy go to your desktop and right click paste. or drag it from the start menu to your desktop.

well the best way is to use tuneup utilities and it has a setting for it, or you could go to folder options i believe in the control panel and change it from there. but i recomemd the first one.
