because when i install a new IE , it asks me to remove the one that i have now before i install it. the reason why i ask this question is becoz my computer doesnt let me remove (dragging the entire folder of internet explorer from "My Computer -C ") ,....

You can't uninstall IE. It's installed into your PC when you buy it.

go to my computer, then uninstall/change programs and then delete internet explorer
