Ok, here's the thing, i have a toshiba L30-113 laptop with dual boot vista home basic and xp.i have virgin media broadband, when i logon to vista, i can connect to my internet wirelessly and perfect.
but when i logon to xp, it says connected, but i cant load up any webpages, yahoo, messengers or anything that requires the internet at all.
i have been having this problem since a week, i cant get the internet working thru the wired way either.
i have done everything i could, i did some research, i did a netsh winsock reset, i tried to repair my network, i have even downloaded and installed spyware detectors, and found nothing.
i am about to give up, i really need the internet on my xp part working coz thats where i have all my main programs.
could someone please please help me, and please do not recommend me to do ipconfig or something because i have tried everything possible.
