"lose" the page i am on, then... ...it goes to the Dell/Google search page? It will move slowly, then kick me off the page I'm viewing and take me to the Dell/Google search page.

One strange thing...YA never kicks me off and neither does my gmail.

Can anyone answer this for me?
Everything is updated and I have a good anti-virus program. I have not tried other PC's because it does this at random and I never seem to have my other laptop here.

Sounds like either poor internet connection or spyware/virus on your PC.

Have you tried other PCs to see if the results are the same?

If so, format. Otherwise, contact your ISP.
