Has any one had problems with a cable modem. i have cox cable internet cable

and i have been having some? problems with it. i dont know how to describe it. but sometimes the internet comes and goes and the LEDS on the modem flash and dont flash sometimes im downloading something or going into a page and i cant go in. i checked the modem and i dont think its burned i download some torrents and i leave it on is that bad. thank you and i hope someone understands.

Everybody I have ever heard of having Cox cable has experienced persistent problems with their service.

You may have a virus. Try updating your anti-virus program and running it in safe mode
