Getting around Lightspeed Systems and other internet filtering systems?

Well, I can't research my projects for school for some of them. Like some famous artists; just because they drew a few nude pictures. So it blocks them entirely. So I got a D+. *UGH* I can't watch videos about more of WWII or WWI or any other educational videos, so I can learn more information about it. I can't even type video for a search. It will block it. And most of all the yahoo, Google, dogpile, ask.com, and ect. When I go to the images, most of them are block so much that I can't even see it; like Light speed Systems: Image Block instead of the image or a red X on the top left of it and will not show the picture. My grades are going down, just because the school computer software system likes to block everything. And blocks even new site and even before anyone went on it.
Can anyone help me? (NO PC @ home) =-(

Odds are that will be blocked by the firewall, either built into Lightspeed or another product
