Does the internet need a policing system?
Maybe people could become iternet police and be trained to track down those who commit crimes through the internet. Like people who try to get personal information so they can steal someone's identity or pedophiles, or spam-ers. People who post videos of themselves committing crimes could be arrested. There could be a site where crimes can be reported and the information forwarded to the internet police.
Would this be a good or bad idea? Would it be harmful to freedom of speech in some way? Or would it be a help in keeping criminal behaviors from getting worse on the internet?
