Can Ping Plotter be used as an Internet Monitor?

I don't want to block any of my son's access to websites, I just want to make sure he's using the right websites. His laptop is connected wirelessly to our Router which is connected to my computer. My computer has Ping Plotter-->Would I be able to see what website HE has been on?
