Can hackers download viruses,malware etc. via internet phones?
If someone is talking to you(voice to voice, computer to computer) can they download malwareetc. through that connection?

Yes, and programes like Skype etc also share your bandwidth. It'll be running in the background as a process, with open source technology which can make your machine vulnerable to attacks.
