Broadband internet card in a town 30 mins from the city?

is it possible that i can get internet through a broadband internet card 30 mins away from the city? because there is only dial up here and it is way too slow for me
k sorry this is a first post on this site and actually first time on it

anyways i live in Manitoba, Canada and is there anyway i could find out if its possible?

Waste of time posting this question when the only people who know are the company that puts out the card which you havent provided along with the lack of info on where you are at huh?
