Who is the guy on Blue Collar radio that has a black guy voice even though he is

white? He's real funny!? I've heard him many times on Blue Collar radio, but nowhere else, and he's the guy that talks normally buy every once in a while he'll pull out a dominant black guy voice and be all seductive with it. I just wanna know who he is and how long he's been doing standup.
