What's that one plug-it-in joke? Remember the commercial?

I remember it had a "retarded" guy who got 3 jobs, I remember one was for a plug-it-in commercial and one for a candy shop and I don't remember the first job. and he had something to do with the police, and the police would say; we're going to put you in an electric chair, and the retarded guy would sing; plug it in. plug it innn
