While traveling in Japan I was taking forever deciding if I really wanted to get this shirt or not and my impatient speed-shopper friends said I should just get it if I like it!... and I decided I would! But now, I realize, I have no idea what one would wear with this thing...

The bottom hits pretty much right at the hip. Because the frills it poofs out at the bottom... which I think is okay for me since I don't have hips lol. But it almost seems to me that it should have something to balance the bottom-heaviness... like a sweater? (and then just non-bulky pants..?) But maybe I'm totally wrong?

Dark wash or black skinny jeans, heels, long unique necklace, wooden bangles on the wrist or a large interesting watch.

If you have kind of broad shoulders it will balance out the hip frills perfectly. If you have narrow petite shoulders then a cardigan or cute shrug would be nice.

im a fashion n00b to haha. My ex wore shirts like that. She lookd awesome in those with skinny jeans aha. so you should wear dark skinny jean, and im not sure bout shoes. the shoes would look great if they were flats. some bright color, like yellow, or white would work.
