Seen the move "The Orphanage"?

Ok, in the movie, the little clown headed boy pushes that lady into the tub. Well my friends and I debated the movie and we can't decide if the clown boy who pushed her was Simon possesed by the Tomas. Any one wanna answer? Give your opinion.
