#1 at least 1 of these 10 statements are false is definitely true, because #10 is 100% false (if all 10 are false then # 10 is contradicting with itself)

and also considering "at least" then if any one of # 2 - # 9 is true then # 1 is definitely true

also, # 6 - # 9 is definitely false because statement #6 "at least 6 of these 10 statements are false" cannot be true. Reason: #7 - # 10 can be false and # 6 be true, but that is only 5 statements. If any other statement is false then #6 will become false due to the "at least" part.
Example: #6 determines that # 4 is false. But if the statement "at least 4 of these 10 statements are false" is false then "at least 6 of these 10 statements are false" cannot be true.

Thus the reason why it is possible that only #1 - #5 can be true and the 5 statements #6,#7,#8,#9 and # 10 are false
