My friends told me this so I don't know if this is true or not. They said if Obama wins and becomes president, the first thing he'll do is have the Statue of Liberty taken down and replace it with a statue of Aunt Jemima. Is this real or are my friends just joking around?

Statue of Liberty is a national monument you twit.

You should pay attention in Civics, provided you take that class or will take it. The president doesn't have the power to do whatever the hell he wants without massive approval.

And no, he can't declare war, even as Chief of the Military, that duty rests with Congress.
