Well, it comes with this USB cord. You need iTunes and either buy songs from there for $1 each or download from http//frostwire.com (It's a program). You put the music onto your iTunes (also a program) and in iTunes, there is a list on the left. Look down, and you should see "iPod" or something, and several tabs under it. Drag music into the MUSIC tab. (It's easier to understand if you have the programs!!

I'm not sure what "mistrack" means, but sometimes your iPod will freeze if you click on a song. If that happens, replace it because it won't "fix."
Yes, you can. You click the MUSIC tab and your songs come up in a list. Click on the song and press DELETE (on your keyboard).
Depending on the sound. Look at the birate when downloading/buying. The higher the birate, the clearer the sound.
iPod is a vague term. There's the iPod Shuffle, Nano, Classic, Touch, Video, etc. So...Shuffle, there is no screen and least memory. Nano has a small screen and next least memory. Classic is big (I have one) and has a lot of memory. Touch is a touch screen with lots of memory. Video...idk why it's called video.
