there ws a man in a room which had four walls a floor and a roof .. this room was built around him..no windows either
there was no way in or out
in the room he had with him a saw and a chair... how could he get out?

You got the question wrong. There's also supposed to be rope and a table. He takes the saw, cuts the table in half, and uses the rope to tie the two halves together to make a hole. Which he climbs through.
