A guy I date and I met up with some of his friends for lunch. I wasn't hungry and they asked if I had already eaten. I said yes, and he said he made me a glazed donut, which was weird because he made me eggs and bacon. Everyone laughed and I just kind of went along with it. I don't get the joke, but I kind of feel like it was at my expense.

Why would he lie about what he made me for breakfast and what was so funny?
