I KNOW there are cosplays here in the Philippines, but i just wanna know when are they gonna be and who should i cosplay as. i got a lotta clothes and make up here, so, yeah, wigs are my problem.

stats:
height: past 5 feet, between 5'1 to 5'3
eyes: quite big, brown, i got eye bags.
hair: short, black.
complexion: white
weight: 52 kilograms

yeah that's pretty much it.
