If I understand the question, you're not asking about downloading audio over the 'net, but about finding online stores from which to buy discs.
You can get Chesky discs directly from Chesky. You can get demo discs and test discs from Stereophile. There's also Reference Recordings, the pioneers of HDCD. See the links below. Beyond that, basically, just search the web and you'll find what you're looking for.
No, sorry. The only thing that you can find online is basic PCM WAV audio. You're looking for high definition 24-bit audio, right? I'd say the only way to go would be to buy HDCDs (Such as Tool's "Lateralus") and buy a 24-bit CD deck.
